A UniTrack Distributor is responsible for all aspects of the UniTrack system in their region. Distributors have full control of their customer base, including first-line customer support and customer billing.

Where applicable, Distributors will have exclusive rights to the UniTrack products in their area and enjoy full operational autonomy. UniTrack has a dedicated Distributor portal which allows Distributors to manage every aspect of the UniTrack system that they require in order to effectively operate their business.

- Access to training and support in the set-up phase
- Access to marketing material and sales support to help generate leads and clients
- Access to the UniTrack Support Team regarding any aspect of the UniTrack system, including new development

A UniTrack Reseller operates directly under the Distributor for their region. A Reseller is responsible for managing their own clients, but the local Distributor maintains responsibility for managing the UniTrack system itself.

Being a UniTrack Reseller allows a business to maintain control over their client base, but they are not required to maintain the UniTrack system for those clients. There are opportunities for Resellers to enjoy local exclusivity within their area upon agreement with the regional Distributor.

A UniTrack Dealer is the simplest way to join the UniTrack network. The responsibility of the Dealer is to match customers with Resellers or Distributors, and does not involve maintenance with regard to clients or the UniTrack system. Dealers earn commission on sales, but can pass on operational responsibilities to the regional Distributor or Reseller that they operate under.

Benefits of being a UniTrack Dealer

The primary benefit of being a UniTrack Dealer is that there is no ongoing maintenance or support required. Once the customer has acquired the UniTrack system, the relationship is handled by the Reseller or Distributor, and the Dealer earns a commission on any sales to that customer.
